  Did my first float today. I highly recommend this for everyone. So relaxing and therapeutic. You just drift and let your body relax and go off to wherever your mind takes you. It is incredible! When you get out all your stress is gone, the pain in my neck and back is gone. You feel like you are so centered on what you need to focus on in your life. If you feel like you will be to claustrophobic you can either leave the door open or put a towel in the corner to keep it open a little. Can't wait to do this again will definitely add it to my "me" time routine.
